    Bookkeeping, Accounting, and HMRC compliance.

  • Digital Marketing:

    SEO, social media management, and content creation.

  • Web Development:

    Website design, development, and eCommerce setup.

Financial Data Handling

  • Accuracy:

    You warrant that all financial data provided (e.g., bank statements, payroll records) is accurate and complete.

  • Confidentiality:

    We treat all financial data as strictly confidential and use it solely for the purpose of service delivery.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued if services are not delivered as agreed. To request a refund:

  • Submit a written request to info@ssfglobal.co.uk.

  • Provide details of the issue and supporting documentation. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and approved refunds will be processed within 30 days.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in service delivery caused by unforeseen events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters.

  • Pandemics or epidemics.

  • Government actions or regulatory changes. In such cases, we will make every effort to minimize disruptions and resume services as promptly as possible.

Intellectual Property Rights

  • Client Data:

    You retain ownership of all financial data and documents provided to us.

  • Deliverables:

    Reports, compliance filings, and analytics generated by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Liability and Indemnification

  • Limitation of Liability:

    Our liability is limited to months of fees paid under the relevant service agreement.

  • Indemnification:

    You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from inaccuracies in the financial data you provide.

7.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in London, in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Act 1996.

8.

Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
